Are you in network with medicare/medicaid?

We want to inform you that our services are not covered by any state-funded insurance plans. If we determine that we cannot accept your insurance, we are more than happy to provide referrals to other providers who may be able to help. Alternatively, you have the option to pay for services out-of-pocket. Your care is important to us, and we will work with you to find the best solution for your needs.
